I prefer ppl that are efficient and focused. Except you are a designer or apply for related vacancies I want you to focus on the hard facts and on your strength. Don't waste time and energy for subjective matters. Whenever I recognize ppl spend quite some time with design although their strength lies elsewhere I feel sorry because the scarce resource time can and imho should be used elsewhere.
