					<description>Yes, retailers will wish to return to CPA.  Remember how SCE's built their business from scratch?  That's right -- affiliate marketing.  That stated, they didn't need part with as much customer-related data/information.  Shopping.com needs to strike a balance but they're on the right path -- back to the future ;)</description>
