Named after a group of Jellyfish ("smack"), Smack Shopping is the Internet's first live social shopping show. Smack Shopping's unique dropping price format allows the audience to set the selling price and create tremendous deals on the hottest online products. » How does a Smack Auction Work?
During each Smack show, Jellyfish auctions off new products in our unique price dropping format. Every second that ticks off the clock, we drop the price of the product, until the deal sells out. And to make it fun, we don't tell the audience how many units are available for each auction. That's right, the deal will get better every second you wait, but don't wait too long because once the product is gone, the deal is over.

» Are the Products Offered on Smack Shopping New?
Yes. We never offer used or refurbished items. Each show on our Schedule has a different theme that will give you an idea about the type of products to be offered during that show.
» Do I Buy the Product from Jellyfish?
Yes. Once you lock in your final price on a product, we bill your credit card, process your order, and have one of our suppliers ship the product to you.
» Do I Need an Account for Smack Shopping?
Yes, we do require that you create a free account with Jellyfish.com to participate in Smack Shopping. The account is completely free, and all we need is an e-mail address to get started.
» Is this Limited to U.S. Residents?
Yes, at the present time. We are working to make Smack Shopping deals available outside the U.S. soon.
» How Do I Lock in My Final Price?
The price you will pay to purchase the product from Jellyfish continues to drop until the deal sells out. You lock in your price the moment you submit your order information on the Buy It page. Just make sure you don't wait too long; if we sell out while you are filling out your info, the submit button will turn off and you'll lose out.
» How Do I Know My Order Worked?
Once you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation screen confirming your final price and other order details. This confirmation is also stored in your Smack Account area (located here). We also send out an order confirmation e-mail within a few hours of your Smack order.
» Does the Final Price Include Tax and Shipping?
Yes. The final price is, well, the final price. There are no other fees you'll need to pay for your order, including any applicable sales tax or shipping charges.
» What Happened to Cash Back?
Jellyfish recently changed Smack Shopping to drop the actual price you pay for the product during a Smack auction rather than increasing the cash back discount. We still offer tremendous cash back savings from thousands of online merchants at Cash Back search engine located here. It's our way of transforming online advertising into added savings on everything you buy online.
» This is a Great Deal, How Many Can I Order?
Each Smack deal is limited to one item, per person. We want lots of people to get great deals, and we will cancel any multiple orders on the same Smack deal (same address or credit card).

» How Does the Mute/Un-Mute Button Work for Chat?
The Talk'n Smack live chat is a great part of Smack Shopping, but not everyone adds to the conversation. The Mute button allows you to minimize new messages from certain individuals. Each time you select the Mute button, future messages by that individual will be automatically minimized. You can hit the button again to un-mute any individual you have already blocked and you can also expand a minimized comment any time. Kind of like having a little Smack Daddy power, don't you think?
