Think you can outwit the Smack? Now's your chance...In between certain Smack deals, we play the Outwit the Smack game.

» Random Contestant

The game will start when Smack Daddy selects a random person from the Smack show audience. (Actually, a computer generated process will randomly select a shopper from a list of smack show participants that respond to the opt-in message at the start of the game). One lucky contestant will then "come on down" for their turn on the Smack stage.

» One Question, Everyone Plays

Both the contestant and the rest of the smack audience will be presented with the same question with multiple choice answers. Everyone will then have a short time to put in a blind answer to the question, trying to "outwit" the rest of the smack community by selecting the LEAST POPULAR answer. If you select the least popular answer, you win, whether you are the contestant or in the studio audience.

» What Do I Win?

Winning contestants will receive 3 guru points and a prize identified at the start of the game. The prize will be a progressive pot: if an Outwit contestant loses, we will add to the amount for the next game. Winning audience members will receive 1 guru point to build towards the monthly guru points race. There is also a Monthly Outwit Leaderboard, with prizes for the players with the best winning %.

» What About Ties?

Ties will still win. That's just the way Smack Daddy rolls. If we receive an exact number of responses to the same answer, either answer will count towards a win.

» 1. Eligibility:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN OR PARTICIPATE. These promotions are open to legal residents of the United States 18 or older residing in the 50 United States (includes DC). Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families and households) of Jellyfish, Inc., (Sponsor) and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not eligible. Registration with Jellyfish.com (no charge, no obligation, provide name, mailing address and email) and the creation of a user name for the Talkin' Smack chat forum is required to participate.

» 2. How to Play and Prizes:

Predict the least popular answer from a list of potential answers. Deadlines for each prediction as noted on website. One guess, per Jellyfish Account (multiple Accounts from the same individual are not permitted). Prizes will be awarded to winning contestants selected randomly from the available Smack shopping audience, with winners subject to verification and eligibility. Prize amounts will be posted on the site prior to the start of each game. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value General audience members playing the game may also accumulate points that are subject to the rules of our Smack Guru promotions.

» 3. Additional Rules.

Participation constitutes acceptance of all rules. Tax on prizes are winners' sole responsibility. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. To claim prize, potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions in these Official Rules and must provide proof of identity and eligibility satisfactory to Sponsor or alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor reserves the right to require an Affidavit of Eligibility, mutually acceptable Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release as a condition of awarding prize, and failure to comply with any such requirement if imposed will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of another winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names, likenesses, voices and/or other biographical data for purposes of advertising and promotion worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Jellyfish, Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional, other vendor agencies involved in this promotion, and all other entities involved in the design or execution of this promotion, and each of their respective directors, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse or prize, or participation in the promotions or in any prize-related activities. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this promotion if you are not located in the United States. If for any reason, the computerized entry portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry.
