Our Transformational Leadership in the Digital Age course will provide you with the knowledge, skills and beliefs that are essential to be a truly successful leader in a world revolutionised by digitisation, automation and artificial intelligence.

The course is facilitated by experts in behavioural change who have extensive experience as c-suite leaders in business. Over the three days, they will draw on leading-edge research and the latest behavioural science to provide a highly experiential course that will inspire profound leadership development.

The first day uncovers the forces revolutionising the way we live and work using the latest insights from organisations such as the World Economic Forum. You will develop your self-awareness and emotional intelligence and learn techniques to enhance your thinking-style, align your values and beliefs, and build agility. These foundations will help enhance your impact as a top-performing leader.

On day two, we use cutting-edge behavioural science to unlock the key skills required to lead in the digital era, including: invention, authenticity, agility, resilience, risk-taking and collaboration. You will learn how to think differently to develop these skills, build a culture of emotional safety and communicate with and inspire your digital workforce.

On day three we help you apply these skills in your own organisation or team, unleashing its full potential. Together we will develop your digital vision and strategy using ground-breaking techniques like Three Horizon’s Thinking and you will learn how to create deep commitment in your organisation.

Our Leadership in the Digital Age course is offered as a private training session and can be delivered at our own training venue in the World Trade Center, Barcelona or any location of your choice.
