True digital transformation can only be achieved with business agility - so we're helping our partners to better deliver their customer needs and quickly adapt to change.
"Jellyfish is your digital partner".
That’s what it says on the front page of jellyfish.com and that’s what it says on the bottom of every email that I send.
As a wider business, it is clear to see how Jellyfish brings the right insight, technology and teams together to create outstanding digital experiences for our customers.
From a learning perspective, what does ‘your digital partner’ actually mean? For me, it's a pretty clear answer. We have to be the partner that our customers can source all the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in the digital age from. In order to do this, we need to create a portfolio of learning resources that start with successful digital transformation as the overall goal and then dive into each critical success factor in detail.
One of these success factors is business agility. Being agile in business is the ability to better discover customer needs and quickly adapt to changes.
A successful agile business doesn’t need to be digital but a successful digital business needs to be agile. If you move into a world where customers are readily accessible, feedback is instantaneous and product choice is a click of a mouse then it is business critical to innovate and drive product and customer experience forward.
It is with this demand that we have launched the Jellyfish Training Agile curriculum. We have taken input from our digital transformation teams here at Jellyfish as well as customer insight and created a unique set of learning experiences that will help to drive business agility, successful digital transformation and ultimately business performance.
In order to do this we have partnered with one of the world’s leading agile speakers, trainers and coaches - Ricardo Tomé. I am delighted that Ricardo has joined the Jellyfish Expert Community and will own the learning experiences that will focus on critical success areas such as adapting leadership skills for an agile business, building high-performance teams with Scrum and Kanban and driving continuous product innovation.
As you can see, these are not your run of the mill ‘tick the box’ agile courses, instead they have behavioural and performance transformation at their heart and every attendee will walk away knowing exactly how being agile will drive success.
So yes, Jellyfish Training is your digital partner after all.
