The real reason Agile should be adopted is because it can really boost an organisation's innovation capabilities.

Run by Ricardo Tome, a passionate Agile practitioner, this two-day course is a deep dive to the Agile practices that enable organisations to better innovate. Innovation has become difficult to perform because of more demanding customers, legacy systems and legacy mindsets.

We'll share best practice on how to drive innovation through a mix of short talks, videos and a lot of exercises.

Our Product Innovation course is available at our training centre in The Shard, London and will be run over two consecutive days.

We also offer private training courses tailored to your needs, which are ideal if you have a team you who wants to get to grips with Agile innovation practices.

Product Innovation2 day Classroom Course

Scientific research has been consistent since the 80’: 30% to 60% of what is developed as software is a waste since final customers don’t use any of that functionally. Success is wrongly measured by the amount of stuff delivered instead of the stuff that is right for the customer.

By the end of the course you’ll leave with the ability to start using Agile practices to better unveil what your customers really want and need, reduce delivery waste and improve innovation capabilities.

What will I learn?
Upon completion of this course, you will walk away with the ability to:
  • Describe what an innovation process is
  • Unveil new and unmet customer needs
  • Run hypotheses and experiments with MVPs
  • Exploit the mechanisms of iterative delivery
  • Continuously track success of your deliveries
Why should I take this course?
Whether you’re a manager, product owner, business analyst, software engineer, agile coach or scrum master, if you’re looking to get to grips with Agile innovation practices, then this two day course is for you.
