Run by an experienced Agile trainer, this five day course (run over five consecutive days) covers the fundamental principles of the DSDM Agile Project Management framework.

Moving from the foundation principles need to facilitate a successful project to the advanced practitioner topics, we’ll show you how to apply the DSDM Project Management framework to your organisation. This course does not cover the Scrum Framework.

Our AgilePM (DSDM) Foundation & Practitioner (APMG) course is offered as a private training session and can be delivered at our training facility in Suntec City or any location of your choice.

Course overview
Who should attend:
This course is aimed at anyone working within an environment that is responsible for identifying, assessing, planning or reporting on project management activities across the organisation.
Walk away with the ability to:
  • Choose the right Agile approach for your business
  • Define and set up an Agile project
  • Start to use Agile techniques
  • Identify and fill Agile project roles
  • Communicate effectively with members of an Agile team and business stakeholders

All delegates will sit the AgilePM (DSDM) Foundation (APMG) exam in the afternoon on day three of the course and the AgilePM (DSDM) Practitioner (APMG) exam in the afternoon on day five.
An exam voucher will be issued once you have booked and paid for the course and you will be required to register for the exam in advance of attending the course.
You must bring signed photo ID to APMG examinations (e.g. passport, driving license, student card) as you will be asked by the invigilator to produce it prior to the exam.
