New leadership: Stephanie Parry moves into new role as UK&I Managing Director
We’re excited to announce a significant leadership transition within our UK operations. Stephanie Parry has been appointed as our new UK&I Managing Director, succeeding Nick Fettiplace, who is departing Jellyfish after a remarkable fourteen-year journey.
Since joining Jellyfish in 2023 as EVP Client Management, Stephanie has successfully led accounts for major clients including Boots, Deckers, Apple, and Workday. She previously served as Global Managing Director and Managing Partner for BlackRock at Mindshare New York, and was also the former Global Media Director for WPP’s Red Fuse Communications team, dedicated to Colgate-Palmolive.
In her new capacity, Stephanie will be responsible for the performance and growth of the UK and Ireland business. Her focus will be on driving greater client impact, advancing our AI capabilities, and fostering collaboration across the wider Brandtech Group.
Commenting on her appointment, Stephanie said: “Jellyfish has built a powerful model at the intersection of talent, technology, and creativity. The opportunity now is to scale that impact even further. My focus will be on translating our integrated capabilities, from AI-driven media and creative to emerging areas like GEO (generative engine optimisation), into tangible business outcomes for our partners and clients, while continuing to invest in the people and culture that make us unique, underpinned by a commitment to DEI.”
Nick Emery, Global CEO, Jellyfish, added: “Steph brings a rare combination of sharp commercial instinct and deep client understanding, and she’s been instrumental in strengthening both our client relationships and our business presence. She knows what it takes to drive growth in a complex, global environment and consistently builds teams that people want to be part of.”
Stephanie's leadership will continue to support our commitment to staying one step ahead - helping progressive brands move faster, smarter, and together.
