Jellyfish acquires Latitude

Charlotte Parker

Marketing Executive, Jellyfish

Global digital agency, Jellyfish acquired Latitude from TransUnion (formerly Callcredit), which will now become integrated into the Jellyfish group, boasting over 800 employees worldwide. With this acquisition, this brings in an additional office for the group in Warrington with Rick Lamb leading and Dubai being led by Shanil Jagiata, Middle East Managing Director.

This comes after the most recent acquisition of ASO Co, an app store optimisation agency , offering app store solutions and strategy to mobile and Apple search ads.

Jellyfish began life as a start-up in the UK in 2005 and has since grown at an average of 45% per annum consistently over the last five years. The business has fast become one of Google’s leading global marketing partners.  With a recent win of 4 awards at the Drum Search Awards, they are paving the way for another year of growth for the group.

“This acquisition comes at a great time as we continue with the next phase of our global expansion. We instinctively felt that Latitude would be a really great fit and are looking forward to welcoming the team to the Jellyfish group”
