Amazon Fashion: Becoming the go-to destination for Gen Z fashion & apparel

Becoming the go-to destination for Gen Z fashion & apparel

Learn how authentic influencer-led social campaigns inspired new and existing customers to consider Amazon Fashion for their seasonal fashion needs.

Business challenge

Amazon Fashion wasn’t front of mind for Gen Z and Millennial shoppers when it comes to fashion and apparel. Jellyfish were challenged to position Amazon Fashion as the go-to destination in 2023 across UK/DE/FR/IT/ES markets.

Jellyfish solution

We created an influencer-led social campaign across four different seasons to speak to a generation whose defining traits are being ‘undefined’ We wanted to inspire new and existing customers with a message of self-expression, body positivity, and rejecting stereotypes, delivered through an activation that leverages innovative and platform-native formats, talent and behaviors.

We worked with our partners to recruit influencers in both the UK and DE to generate authentic content across the four seasons:

  • Spring - Sport to Street
  • Summer - Switch up
  • Autumn - Fashion limits to the test
  • Winter - Slay the holidays

Campaigns were delivered by two creative themes:

  • Glossy studio shoot lookbook
  • Self-shot creator lead concept playing on the ‘what I ordered, what I got’ social trend
