This course has been specifically designed to teach you or your team the art of conducting insightful user and stakeholder interviews, coupled with efficient ways to analyze and present interview data using AI. The course will cover the key methodologies for effective interviewing, and will demonstrate how AI can be leveraged to create valuable UX artefacts.
