Jellyfish Training delivers hands-on AI education grounded in real social media workflows, helping teams adopt Claude's Cowork mode as a practical tool for content creation, scheduling, and governance.

Most social media teams already use AI for one-off tasks like writing captions or brainstorming ideas. This course takes you further. Over a full day of guided instruction and live exercises, you will learn how to set up Claude's Cowork desktop application, build persistent brand voice documents, create multi-platform content production systems, and configure automated reporting and scheduling workflows.

The session is structured around four practical modules. You will start by configuring your Cowork workspace and building a brand context document, then move into content workflows for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok. The afternoon covers automation with scheduled tasks, MCP connectors, and browser integration, before finishing with responsible AI use, human-in-the-loop review, and team governance.

Our Building Social Media Systems with Claude Cowork course is available as a private training session that can be delivered live online or at a location of your choice across Australia.
