Course Credits
Select the pre-paid training investment that’s right for you and help your money stretch a little further with our course credits.
Through a combination of presentations, demos, and hands-on labs, you’ll gain an understanding of how to move databases to Google Cloud while taking advantage of various services.
This course covers how to move on-premises enterprise databases like SQL Server to Google Cloud (Compute Engine and Cloud SQL) and Oracle to Google Cloud Bare Metal. You’ll learn how to plan, execute, test, and monitor simple and complex enterprise database migrations to Google Cloud, as well as evaluate on-premises database architectures and plan migrations to cloud-optimised deployments.
You’ll also look at how to test and monitor data migration projects while leveraging the appropriate tools to automate data migration. Finally, we’ll show you how to make the business case for moving databases to Google Cloud.
Our Enterprise Database Migration course is available as a private training session that can be delivered via Virtual Classroom, at our training centre in The Shard, or at a location of your choice in the UK.
