This end-to-end course is designed for professionals who want to use Gemini across Google Workspace, combining Gen AI with their own data.

You'll start with the different approaches to prompting and find the one that suits you, then work through a multi-step prompting workshop covering research, ideation, planning and strategy.

From there we go app by app: building a repeatable framework for understanding and analysing data, whatever your confidence with it; weighing up where each Workspace app earns its place; using Google Docs to reference files across your Drive and work with several documents at once; and experimenting with Canvas to build different kinds of artifacts.

We'll also cover Gems — what they are and where they're useful — and give you a thorough grounding in Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM), importing a wide range of sources and going beyond the default Studio outputs by turning insights back into sources that enrich your data.

Concepts are taught one at a time, with live on-screen demonstrations and practical exercises. By the end, you'll be confident using Gemini to go beyond efficiency and clear on where you can take your business next.

Our Gemini for Workspace course is available as a scheduled live online class, or as an in-person session. It can also be run as a private training session that can be delivered online or at location of your choice in the UK.
